Monika lives, dietrich dies

So I just started and lost dietrich, so the mission failed. I started the level again, A bug occured killing monica as it should be but she also took the place of Dietrich. She is lying on the floor but also part of my crew.

Dietrich 's name is still at the top but the model and stats, gear, etc are that of Monika. Anyone else have this issue?

EDIT: as soon as the scene transitions everything goes back to normal. Monika truly is gone but it sure made that scene alot easier. Too bad cause she was kicking butt. now I'm stuck with this loser instead.

I reloaded my first time after that conversation that takes Monika away, She was alive when the game loaded and happy to take revenge for her own death.

I dragged Dietrich through my first play through on principle. Haste and aim are great, sure but he sucks at keeping summons happy. I really didn't develop any affection for him.

I'm working up to a cold, focused playthrough as a mage so I can ditch him, do all the nasty things and hire mercs for the final mission so I can hopefully get the alternate ending sans mutiny.

So like I said, on my first try Ditrich died but I still tried to leave the building and failed my mission. I selected restart the level. All 4 members were there, no problem. I do remember selecting a conversation link with his response I know what I`m doing by Dietrich.(after I noticed the switch I thought you know what you are doing, I really don`t think so)

I noticed it on the first turn of combat when a gun was fired and not a knife thrown. I thought His name or pic was at the top, there are no names there though, but the model and everything else was Monika. reloading the save has monika`s pic at the top now.

After the scene transition everything went to the way it should be. I have a save right before leaving.

I still have the save from the first combat turn and the screen shot above shows monika there.
BTW 30+ more karma explains why she kicked butt better.

Had this happen to me just now. After failing the first mission just before the exit door, I clicked on restart level, went through the dialog options where Monika dies and at the end, had a second Monika and Dietrich is missing.
