A reliable way to farm Nuyen?
Is the currency limited in this game or are there any repeatable missions or side quests to farm it?

You can sell your items, sell pay data, loot. You can't 'farm' and there are no repeatable missions.

Nope, no such thing. You can spec Your character into int, decking (explore the grid carefully for paydata and sell it on the shadowlands BBS) and charisma (gang, corporate/security, socialite and academic) to unlock more dialogue options thus allowing to ask for better rewards, get discounts, avoid fighting (so that You can sell items You find and rely only on the ones the companions bring with them) and determine what is worth stealing.

Remember to add some fighting skills (unless You are doing easy) - with those skills You are set to be a decent shaman, rigger or slightly weaker street samurai.

Don't buy every weapon/deck/rig upgrade, wait till after the doc's quest with getting augs and You should have more than enough to stock the best possible gear for endgame.
