The room directly outside the vault shouldn't really be giving you any trouble. Its the room with the Turrets thats a pain. That room gets alot easier if Blitz can get the matrix side of things under control quickly. Use his ESPs to act as extra sets of hands to get to the turret controls faster.
The whole mission was significantly easier for me on the run where I was a decker myself. Because I could make up for Blitz general ineptitude at least a little on my side of things.
Ideally speaking, you want Blitz to turn the turrets to your side. That will soften up everyone else on the other side of the room while you finish off anyone who gets close.
That's why I said Blitz is the main problem. If he can get things under control on his end fast enough, your side gets very easy. But that's easier said than done, because its Blitz.
The alternate ability similar to the IC scrambler except it works in meatspace, not the matrix. Blitz gets the ability to hack the com system of enemy guards causing confusion. They can attack their own people.
Its the better choice for people who do their own Decking instead of using Blitz. But in that situation, you probably aren't taking him on missions anyway.
