Shadowrun: Dragonfall - Director's Cut

Statistiche:
Can you save Kami? [Spoilers]
Outside of my team in the game, she was definetly my favorite NPC, and then she dies from out of nowhere like Pual. I know it's quite clear we can't save Paul, it was a cut-scene-ish thing, but is there a way to save Kami?

Not in my game, but I didn't talk to her that much.
No way to save her or Jan. Funny how Luca Duerr survives without so much as scratch or comment though.
Thats kinda bull. She was definetly one of the cooler characters in the Kreuzbar that actually had a backstory and would talk to you.
That was made it so impactful when she died. Nobody gave a rat's ass about those flat or nameless characters that died. But the ones who had time to develop do.
Ya, it's kinda stupid that way, but also a turning point in the story. They definetly should have left a few dynamic characters alive in the Kreuzbar after the shoot out, because now there is nothing there to do but stock up. All the interesting characters are gone...
Simmy, Aleksi, Altug, and Samuel are all non-vendor NPC's who survived.
Yeah it's quite a bummer.

I really miss the dancer actually.

I didn't speak to the dancer much, mostly Altug, Samuel, the big ork beside Sam, and Kami. (And of course the vendors...)

I don't think you understand. He *really* misses that dancer.
How could I forget? Silly me.
IIRC there's a bike by the dancer in the early stages. Postshuffle, there's not a dancer nor bike.

So she could have survived, at least. Kami explicitly does not.

It made sense story wise anyways. She was always outside and would have had no where to run to.
Actually according to the wiki she should be saveable but there is a bug in programming that current makes it impossible, for some reason it hasn't been patched.

Haha, me too. I would always run up and drop some Nuyen in her bag just for the lols simply because here's some random girl dancing in the open with no one around. I'd rather give her money than Sim junkies or some of the other chummers.

To me, she got away on her bike. Though I do really miss Kami since I always talked to her too. Frankly, I was totally expecting Altug to die and Kami steps up to take over ... meanwhile that Ork veteran would have died trying to fight back. So much for that idea, I keep forgetting this is Shadowrun and everything needs to end horribly, bleak or depressing. In the event something doesn't end in such a way, then it ends ambiguous and vague and you don't know if you actually affected everything. At least my GM makes us feel we did something long lasting against Megacorps in successful runs, more than being a minor annoyance at least.
