What increases accuracy for chi melee attacks?

Off the top of my head, I want to say that strength/close-combat stats influence chi attack accuracy.

However, they're chi abilities, so I was wondering if willpower/chi spell stats influenced the accuracy, instead.

I'm seeing that adepts are a karma hungry class, and I'm running short on karma (have to get high str/close combat to equip nice weapons, has to have high will/chi to get chi onslaught, etc etc). If I throw in a few karma here and there to other areas (a few points in to quickness/dodge, couple into charisma/summoning)... you can see where this is going....

willpower improve accuracy of adept powers.

yeah what sagi said.

but generally, all of the Adept powers usually have a default 90% to hit anyways, the only excepttion is the double/tripple strike with melee weapons, but that's determined by your close combat stats
