Ah, ok. I will check after every mission now then. So other than Zaak, who can carry it?

Pretty sure on some missions you'll bump into a dealer who may have one or two for sale. It's really rare though, as it should be, given how powerful the stuff is mechanically, Jazz is a much better pick me up for more mundane encounters.

You need to give Zack the drug formula you score on one of your runs before he tells you about his "personal blend" creation. And yes, the supply of combat stims is limited, so stock up on the good ones and keep them in your stash for the harder missions.

Given the fact that you are living in a semi-lawless anarchist state, you would think that stimulant drugs would be in greater supply, but apparently this is not the case.
