Server Connection Failed

This is an issue where I see many discussions have already happened. Why is it difficult to make a working multiplayer now that so much time has already passed by? I bought this game for the multiplayer aspect (4 copies) and now I see that its always giving a message like "SERVER CONNECTION FAILED" everytime I try playing online. Is this game broken? Should I ask for a refund? Whats going on?

No, the game's not broken - I have no problem connecting to online MP and clearly I'm not the only one since I've just finished a very enjoyable 8 player MP game (my team lost but we put up a damn good fight). After the game I exited MP then reconnected and was put into a different server, which was also well populated with players.

You may want to check your network connection, especially if you use a firewall or any IP blocking software. You may inadvertantly be blocking the connection to the servers. It's possible there's a geographical issue at play if you live in a particularly far-flung corner of the world -
personally I'm connecting to EU servers which are all up and running and have plenty of players on them.

Please have a quick check of the network settings on your side and let me know if you find anything, I'll do my best to help if you're still having trouble but I'm not sure how much I can do since online MP is working just fine for me (and the other guys I was just playing with).

The game was purchased for its multiplayer capabilities however it does not work since it fails to connect to any server. I assure that I do not live in a "far flung corner of the world" as suggested by you. And in my geographical location (India) all games work, however its your particular game that does not work. Maybe your servers are located in "far flung corner of the world" you might want to consider that considering all other games like CSGO, DoTA2, TF2, L4D2, PUGB, Paladins, Fortnite, GTA5 etc all work just fine. Pls resolve this by tomm or else I will just request for a refund for all 4 copies by Monday. India, OK, thanks for letting us know. I think it should go without saying that CSGO, DoTA2, TF2, L4D2, PUGB, Paladins, Fortnite and GTA5 are all extremely popular games with huge budgets and far more resources to spend on servers to cater for worldwide audiences. Road Redemption has EU and US servers but I would expect you to be able to connect to EU servers from India. If I may ask, what speed is your internet connection?

Loving the game, however I keep getting an error when trying to connect online on Switch. All other games work. Any suggestions?

got it a today, friends had it a few weeks, based in the UK. No way to play online at all so far. Continuously failing to connect. is the game dead?
