Achievement bug?

I've mostly finished whatever I can of the game, and I haven't had any issues with the achievements so far.

I've tried running through the game after getting all of the endings for the collectables so I can 100% the game, and for a few playthroughs the achievements were updating and working okay, but neither the "Storied" or "Completionist" achievements will update anymore, despite finding new orbs and notes I haven't found in previous runs.

This has been going on for hours and I've tried multiple fix methods, and it won't budge.

Is this a bug? Can it be fixed? Is there another way to get these achievements?
