Yeah - Hollywood is making those super fictional things to the history based movies.
Here are two non-American movies that keep the facts pretty much straight:
Dark Blue World (2001) - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0244479/
Battle of Britain (1969) - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064072/

Does anybody know any other movies about Battle of Britain?

well, it is somewhat based on historical fact..

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eagle_Squadrons
The Eagle Squadrons were three fighter squadrons of the Royal Air Force (RAF), formed with volunteer pilots from the United States during the early days of World War II (circa 1940), prior to America's entry into the war in December 1941.
..snip...

Sooo hows about forming an Eagle Squadron for TheFew? pleeeease :)

only non historical issue i have with the battle of britain movie is the fact that it was all spitfires doing the fighting. most of the raf in 40 was hurricanes not spitfires.
another point on american pilots. a fair few of them were allowed to leave the USAAF and go across the border and join the canadian military and go to britain. similiar things were done with war materials. such as parking them right against the border and them being "stolen" during the night

the battle of britain was the first huge sign of hitlers tactical stupidity. turning on london was probably his first big mistake. giving up and attacking russia was his next one. if he had of kept on the airfield they would of rolled up the raf.
hitting the cities gave the raf the chance to bounce back.

on a little side note i noticed when re-watching "battle of britain" today at the end it was that 1 isreali pilot fought for the raf.he must of been a time traveller since isreal as a country didn't exist till 48 :D
