Beware: the game is censored.

With the preorders opening today I want to warn potential buyers that the game is censored.

According to the official videos published by KT, multiple costumes are censored with black mist or with added fabric. Like with Lucy's multiple outfits. The classic, for example, has black smoke censorship and the green outfit has additional fabric to cover her thighs. All other skirts are censored.

With how much expensive the game is, especially with the added DLC, I thought that costumers are entitled to know about that. It's a scum tactic that even the DLC outfits that you pay for are censored.

I'm personally boycotting the game knowing that all these changes are self-imposed by KT itself. Because games like The Legend of Heroes, and potentially the upcoming EDENS ZERO, have non censored similar outfits.

Another reminder that KT added a day 1 censorship patch to the first game despite official promises to release the game uncensored. So even if this censorship doesn't bother you, KT may apply additional censorship day 1. Please be wary and wait, at least a couple of days after release, before buying.

These also are the same type of people that made it possible that censorship is now happening all across the anime industry. Because they actually don't care for a Japanese cultural product and want it more westernized so they can cope with the product.

Does that make more sense to you? Yes I want to see the naked pixels. If I can't I won't buy it, the game is just a mediocre JRPG anyway. The whole selling point is the Fairy Tail brand which is known for it's fan service with hot anime girls and guys.

You can bet they won't be censoring the shirtless males in the game. Only the attractive anime girls.

Thing is, censorship isn't only limited to showing the body, in current manga adaptation. There is no blood at all either, not even justified. And in games where you can't avoid putting it like in storm 4, they still managed to not put it and showed a weird black arm instead of showing the fact there's no arm anymore, and replace blood with a black thing on the ground.

Or playing a Dragon Ball game without the bruises and cuts you get from fighting. Censorship is a real bother when it comes to immersion.

The age theme always gets used as an excuse. So if we give these characters suddeny an age above 18 they be absolved of this? Seeing as they are fictional this should not even matter as an excuse. So now the whole of Japan can be classified as PDF files in your name it seems. Why don't you jsut state that while your at it. I could make a factual statement against your B-S but that would trigger another culture in society that is heavily sheltered from factual criticism.

So you are now saying the game you are playing is made for PDF files? and this goes then for all anime creations that show ecchi content in them. So you are saying in general the game you bought is for PDF files in general then and it would be wiser to just not buy the game then?

Nearly all characters in anime are underaged characters. Even the ones that look like adults seeing as nearly all anime characters are aged 16 or 17 so that would mean you'd be for an all out ban on anime then? Or is it only those that suit your needs?

The clowns that want to ban all anime now with that excuse are also the same people that want all anime ban with sexual depictions in general. Seeing as the U.N is now pushing a loli bill which also includes any sexually related images of women.

On the Dragon age part you can simply see the interview. Or was that also hard to find for ya? They clearly were against hte censorship pushed bythe west. Square also has an Ethics department that pushes that kinda woke left censorship through. You simply not willing to see that fact is simply you ignorance to see the truth.

Zertul can't make even a basic argument why it needs to be censored so he basically picked one character that is underaged in the game and just labels you if you are against censorship as PDF files.

Let Koei Tecmo and Gust chase the miniscule, mythical, "Modern Audience" then. They and this game can share the same fate as Concord, Dustborn, and every other flop being pumped out now. Seeing the low sales and very few review's, (mostly bad), it seems it has already happened.

Maybe some other country can one day give the audience what they want, since so many Japanese companies are now also betraying those who actually buy their games and support them. Well Dragami games has been doing right by us with Lollipop Chainsaw Repop, And Spike Chunsoft brought the new Shiren the Wanderer to pc so that is good. Those and The Great Rebellion were the few bright spots in the wasteland of current gaming releases.
