Slow Running Game.

The following are the spec's for my PC as of today. PSU = Seasonic Prime 650W FM 80+ Titanium. - MB is the Asus ROG STRIX X470-F Gaming - CPU is the AMD R7 2700X - GPU is the Gigabyte RX Vega 64 OC - Ram is Patriot Viper 32-gb ( 2 x 16 ) at 3000 mhz. - Storage is a Samsung 970 Evo 1 TB NVME M.2 ssd - I am Using Windows 10 X64 Pro - for some reason _ unkown to me the Game is running like it's on hardware that barely meets the minimum specs. Screen refreshes take way too long .Response time from pressing a button on the controlelr to when the action is done - is way too Long. While running in the field area's there's alot of Stuttering going on. Is there any thing I can do to fix this?

I'm sorry that the game isn't performing properly.

The controller issue may not be resolved unless update 1.6 is made available.
However, any stuttering issue in 1.5 is usually resolved in one to 3 ways:
1. Press F1 and see the option for stuttering.
2. Run the program as Administrator.
3. Run the program in window mode.
