Restart with same account

Ok, so I read a lot of people have flooded their whole region or simply screw up very bad. I want to restart my game without having to create a new account. Can't we just go "game over" from demolishing all the castles? I will stop playing until someone, somewhere have a solution.

my guess is email ca tech support and they will reset your account

I found a possible solution. On the log-in screen, press the blue arrow (left) and start a new game. It will ask you to enter a new log-in/account later in the game. DO NOT log-in to the same account or even create a new one, just close the pop-up. It saved my game so far :) Hope it helps.

I've stopped playing too - because I had forgotten the password of my first account. Because I can't re-use nick name and/or e-mail a 2nd one, I end up with 2 useless accounts. As I remember, there is also no way to reset password or it haven't work back then.

If there is no way to get my username or/and my e-mail back for TWBK, I'm not willing to play. So I will try some hints, but I don't expect that it work. What a shame, there it goe's with stupid dev's...
