I am not sure what you mean by the TF2 comment but I am sorry you feel that way. The fastpath is a fun public server with mostly bots but it's not really comparable to what we are doing with weekly 6v6 competitive matches, mixes, and community events centered around competitive capture the flag gameplay.

Some cool features (atleast to me) about our community:
1. MMR tracking bot for 6v6 mixes
2. Sourcemod admin to all our servers (EU + NA) for team captains and active community members
3. All players use an anti-cheat during official league matches and files are submitted to our AC team.
4. Stat tracking and end of season awards
5. Community frag videos created by our volunteer content creators

If so, then you have outwitted the system and every player in the world who is still older is already part of it.

You are correct. The league had 17 teams in season 1 and in season 2 with teams varying between 7-10 players each. Roughly 136 players participating but with 690 members in discord, we are able to get our message out for events. We play on both European and American servers to accommodate players from varying regions.
