Does vac anti cheat system even work for dods?

i dont want to post his profile ,because i think name shaming is not allowing but he is obviously using wallhack,sometimes anti recoil cheat and aimbot...but he is still playing despite using cheat for a longer period of time...any way of reporting this so it reaches out to valve...?

i think its working fine, i playing every time on fastpath.fr server and always seeing "connection denied cus past cheating".

Go to the user's Steam Community profile.
Click on the large More button in the upper-right corner of the user's profile.
Click on the "Report Profile" option.
Click on the cheating option, it's at the bottom.

Maybe Steam hasn't investigated it yet. You can also address this with the admins of the server they are doing it on and they can ban this player from the server. A lot of the servers, not all, also have a website with forums we can go to and post on if an admin isn't in the game to contact.

If you have to resort to reporting them on the server's personal website you may need this player's steam ID. You can get their steam ID several ways:

Through the console. Type status while on a server.

Any of these websites:

Maybe he uses the old " he's better than me ! " hack . I see you have very little play time . Not sure about the other guy but long time players have 1000's of hours in . After awhile it's easy to just know where a player is .

Im pretty experienced when it comes to fps and especially valve games. Also im curious, how many ingame hours of dods do i have according to you ?

Thank you i will check it out. Vac is weird. A guy that cheated in cs go got banned after a year . A guy that cheated in cs go back in 2013 still hasnt been vac banned. We will see,maybe this dods will get banned afzter all.

also he avoids servers with admins present like russian or french pub or german baller bude.He always plays on either coopera or fastpath 24/7,popular servers with no admins.Once i was playing anzio and was solo on my team,only bots,and his axis team had 4-5 human players.I was managing to dominate them all while playing as support,i really had played good.Then he got mad and turned on a no recoil cheat with wallhack.Was changing his name to "vac secured,vac securty" and i simply left.Thenw e met again at coopera,map donner,i was playing as sniper,was dominating him he got mad,switched to sniper turned on wallhack.Ofc i first thought maybe he is just good,whatever but my experience tells me he was fishy (devoted cs player i am since year 2001,so if somebody cheats i can pretty sure tell or if somebody is pure skill).I went spectate,and i saw it 100 % wallhack the way he moved and placed the crosshair.
I reported him,but as i said i dont want to post his profile.I saved his steam id just to check after some time if he will get vac banned.I really hope he does get banned.

Valve does not run any servers for DOD:s. They're all run by fans of the game and they almost always have a website that includes some way to contact admin. Servers cost money to run, an admin should be on them at some point. It wouldn't make sense for someone to pay for and run a server and not play on it. Even if it's basically free for them to run it money wise it doesn't make too much sense for someone to spend time configuring and running a server for a game if they don't play on it.

Every server has admins. They don't magically appear and configure them self.

i realize that all servers are communtiy made,im jsut saying.see it for yourself.24/7 fastpatch and coopera.net,i did not encounter any admins.But yeah,perhaps there are.

There has to be admins. What is the IP of the server? So I can look at it.
http://coopera.net is not registered, it's for sale, and I can't search the servers to find it with that info.

Yeah it's pretty difficult and maybe impossible to contact admins if they're never there and don't have any way to contact them. A website, forums, an email address...if it's an active server that's pretty shoddy if there really is no way to contact them.

This. If you play on better Administrated servers then you dont see hackers at all. All those crappy ass servers offer ♥♥♥♥ game modes and crap mods that only take away from DOD:S anyways. This game has amazing detailed semi balanced stock maps that basically never get old. It also has an insane custum map scene dedicated even to this day of making new maps based on real life battles in cities during ww2.

My advice is to avoid those trash garbage orange map servers and play the real game it is endlessly better.

6TH RB and 1st MRB are both solid servers with admins on every single day that play stock as well as proper custom maps. Blitzkrieg ♥♥♥♥♥♥ has admins but is for old casuals who suck at video games and they stricly play trash orange maps and have no Friendly Fire.

Idk why people are say things such as " I went to the uuuber surf server with sniper rifles and no gravity and this guy i think hes cheating and this game sux" Do yourself a favour and avoid those trash servers like the plague.

1'those servers play the original dods maps
2. They are not customized. Original weapons for every class no changes like giving a pistol to rifle class or nades to bazooka class
3. People sometimes join those two servers if others are simply full and have no available slots.
4.im pretty sure the servers you recommended are us servers so i cant rly enjoy it because of lag since im from europe. But thank you anyway.
