Here's what I *think* I did. After Jasper's level, I believe the next step is to continue on in the Asylum (I don't know for sure since I didn't get there). However, instead of doing so, I opted to replay a previous memory. I then exited the memory halfway through, and resumed it via a picture on the desk. I then completed the memory and was returned to the hub.
However, now there is no picture on the desk and the asylum pictures are unavailable. I'm guessing I bugged out the progression by effectively replacing the picture I was "supposed" to use on the desk with that of a prior memory.
No picture on the table at the Time Hub and Armory locked. All 9 evidence boards finished (82-97%) - I can replay any of them, but the story always leads in to the Memory Hub with locked doors and no picture on the table.
Any Idea how to finish the game?
Even though I was playing as Mr. Red, I ended up stuck in the Memory Hub with all evidence boards of Mr. Black’s Memories.
All I had to do was exit to the Main Menu and switch to continue as Mr. Red and suddenly, I was able to proceed the story as Mr. Red.
