What exactly happened? (Spoilers)

I maybe missed or misunderstood some things but what exactly did Cole Black? In my playthrough it started ofcourse with him trying to rescue grace but the bomb goes off. Later it is is said, the whole was his idea...but why did he kill jesper prado? because he did something wrong with the bomb? and why did he kill rose (which he hasn't cause rose is still alive at the end) and how he even worked with rose at all? they both worked for ramsey, ok, but how did they meet up?... and if he planned the whole thing (just for the money? or why did he wanted to ruin ramsey), why he tried to rescue grace?

There are so many clues, even one time grace says they were after lenore, but is that true ? or just misleading ? also why did ramsey never get the ransom note?

Maybe i missed somethng (or a lot, since english is not my mother tongue) but a lot of the game doesn't make any sense for me.... can maybe sum up what actually happened? or is there a video which explains it? (i didn't find one yet)

So black is in a coma after the bomb. Ramsey had suspicions that his own employee was involved in the bombing. One part that I did not understand was what Black wanted from the cornergun CEO guy, but he was going to ransom Lenore for the pandora. Because Jasper was an idiot he kidnaps the wrong girl and straps a bomb to her, which Black knows he is bad at handling. He runs off to make sure nobody gets hurt by the bomb, and then everyone gets hurt.

It's very unclear why Black has to kill those security on his way to save the girl though. I'm also thoroughly confused
