Such a shame this game feels like a console port knowing the devs where originally pc focused being the creators of painkiller.
EDIT: i think i found the config dir, now i have to understand what to edit lol.
the game have bulletstorm files wtf.
config path is:
Documents\My Games\BulletStorm\StormGame\Config
trust me, i know it doesnt make sende.
in StormEngine.ini
you can disable motion blur, radial blur and ambient occlusion but to disable the film grain/bokeh effect you turn of depth of field but that takes the color grading look with it. so its up to you. it still looks pretty good without it. Also you can do some tweaks like messing with the shadows, upping the texture pool and some other things
This means that they used PeopleCanFly's version of UE3(wich they made for Bulletstorm obiviously), and they did not even make the effort to name the folders to match the game's name... the PC port of the game is the worst I've seen this year... horrible. a GTX 1070 is not able to hold 60fps on High at 1080p!!! Missisng default graphic options etc.
This game runs a rock solid 60FPS @ 2560x1440 with all the settings maxed out on my little old 980ti.
There's nothing wrong with the game.
1. I was not bragging anywhere
2. You dont even own the game(Steam has a little "mouse" icon next to the username of those who own XY game and that applies to private profiles too)
3. Lie more please
