'Secret Codes' from statue?

When you go to the secret spot past the vacant lot at night and talk to the statue, he eventually gives you three 'secret codes'- one each for Aoi, Koume, and Koto (0303, 0715, and 1206).

I searched all the menus in the game and all throughout the maps, looking for something interact-able I could put a code in and couldn't find anything. I really thought Aoi's computer might be something you could log into- but that wasn't it either.

Anybody know how to use these codes? I assume they unlock H-scene 04 for each of the characters but I can't figure it out.
