CryInput.dll could not be loaded. [FIXED]

When I start Miscreated I'm getting the following message:

"CryInput.dll could not be loaded. This is likely due to not having XInput
support installed.
Please install the most recent version of the DirectX runtime."

I've checked out some forums and they said I should do the following steps:

• Miscreated -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity Of Game Cache
  
• Check if the last version of DirectX is on my pc installed ( See here [prntscr.com])
  
• Reïnstall Miscreated
  
• Reïnstall Windows

Today I followed all finished doing all these steps, but nothing helped and I got left with a lot of timewaste on the windows reïnstallation. Does anybody know how I can fix this?

For everyone having this issue and also didn't managed to fix it by the steps I explained in the description. I fixed it by triggering / activating my DirectX by doing the following steps:

1. Click on Start
   
2. Type "dxdiag" in the Windows search bar and press enter
   
3. Here you can see what DirectX version. If you have the latest version, which is DirectX 12 right now, you should be good and you should be able to play it. If you're running an older version it means you should download the newest version which you can do here [www.microsoft.com]
