Honestly as someone who was on the early access hype train at it's peak, I can say with confidence that this is one of the most historical wastes of opportunity in the history of early access gaming.

Yea, it can still be fun enough and nostalgic.
But then after a while some of those annoying flaws/bugs & ugly-distracting-visuals get in the way and ruin the immersion.
Overall, it's worth a few hours from time to time, but it's mostly PVE at this point.
Sad that nearly ALL servers are soooo damn dead... (barely 5 to 10 players only on one server; currently only 4 players on UK#2), and the 15 other very low-pop servers usually have less than only 4 players, most often only 1 player, lol.
Too many wasted-servers (about 80%) always have 0 players.
Average total player base is around only 30.
Urrrgh, Miscreated is roughly 98.99% "dead".

Would be cool to see this game ReCreated properly in a much better engine... like S&BOX (Source 2), or something.
