Cant get past the 'ok' screen [SOLVED]

When i start the game, im greeted with the splash screen about how the game is in early access and click ok to continue, but the problem is i cant? Help?

Alt-tab out and back in, you should be able to click then.

It is a resolution scaling error with the engine, we are working on fixing it.

A friend of mine bought the game but cannot do ANYTHING.
He can get in the game with ALT-Enter but then nothing works.

This is not Solved.
I have the same problem and the solution is not working.
So please help me.

Try moving your mouse around to the bottom right of the OK button and about an inch either way the mouse pointer is not in the right place if that makes sense, the OK button will highlight when you are hovering over the correct location, once you get past here you will have to change the resolution to match your screen setup and this will get the pointer in the correct place.

Go to the Miscreated folder. Right click on miscreated.exe>Properties>Compatibility tab>Click "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"

Hey so with the new update im having a problem. My miscreated pops up but just stays black? Whats wrong?
