Error Code: 18... (FIXED - Thanks Devs)

Hi!
Just purchased this game but I haven't been able to run it as it keeps saying fatal error code 18.

I updated everything in my windows 7 and also my videocard Nvidia GTX 750's driver is up to date. (supports dx11)

What can I do?

How far do you get when this happens.
Do you make it pass the green loading bar, or no?

If you test starting the game from Steam\steamapps\common\Miscreated\Bin64\Miscreated.exe, do you get to the splash screen before the game exits? In other words, does a new window pop-up or will nothing happen?

Is Miscreated added to your anti-virus exception list?

Thank you Jenilya. Added to anti-virus exception list but I still have an issue. Now game is starting but it's on 800 x 600 resolution and it doesn't let me change it in the options. moreover mouse control doesn't really work (i can just point without clicking and have to use the keyboard to navigate the menu).
What could i do to fix it?

Alt-tab out of the game, and back in. It should fix it so you can click things.

how do u add miscreated to the antivirus thing

I use AVG and there is an option for "exceptions" where you can add this game

Open AVG -> click right upper corner on "OPTIONS" -> then on ADVANCED SETTINGS -> then click EXEPTIONS and add root folder of your MISCREATED installation.

Right-click on the game in your Steam library and select Properties
Go to the LOCAL FILES tab, then click on the Browse Local Files... button
That will take you to the path where the game is installed, so you can see it. That's the path to add as an exception.
