Clyde Hill Generator

I was on my daily Clyde Hill loot run, and came upon a generator behind the metal army building on the north side of Clyde. It appears to be connected to Clydes power system? Is the town able to be owned by a large clan?

No.its just a generator used to light up the street lights.(when all parts are collected).
