wheres the big massive nuclear bunker ?

ok so im not on about the big bunker just north of brightmoor but ive seen a massive bunker that as got different levels, theres one part where you need to turn off the eletric water to get to the armoury.
ive tried searching for many videos and even been to all bunkers marked on the interactive map but i cannot find this one bunker.

anyone can explain where about on map this is

Far NW corner of map. You’ll see radar and radio tower from away. Just go uphill from the woodhaven, or uphill from army tents by the river bridge. Or uphill from autobody shop and junkyard.

There are two bunkers small is nw of brightmoor and the big one is west of brightmoor.

i found it but fell down the sewer drain with ladder after entering the cave entrance, then i died
