Mouse lag...

I love this game but i have this problem that makes the game pretty unplayable. When i log into a server on miscreated and move around my mouse changing what directions my character is facing my mouse will sometimes stutter. It will sort of stop spinning for a second and then start again. This has got me killed many times and now ive had enough of it. Its nothing wrong with my mouse or PC because its fine on other games. If anyone knows how to fix this i'd really apretiate if you could leave a comment. Thanks

Mouse lag is caused by VSYNC. Turn off your VSYNC in the game and in your GPU drivers. VSYNC often kicks in if you have less than 60FPS, means you might not get mouse lag in every game.
EDIT:
Also some mouses from brands like Connect it, C-tech, Genius... have a problem with drivers, Windows drivers and they stutter/lag. You can't really solve that for good but the only thing that works is to reinstall drivers, just connect the mouse into a different USB port (USB2 > USB3), just a different USB port on your mobo and it will install the drivers. Sometimes you need to do that a few times. It will be ok for some time but eentually it will happen again.
EDIT2:
Play the game in fullscreen, not in borderless window or in a window, try to turn off all software that might have anything to do with your pc periferies except mouse drivers.
Turn off USB powersave in windows settings.
If it is happening on a laptop try to turn off mousepad and its drivers.
EDIT3:
Be sure to set 1000Hz for your mouse, some mouses have 250Hz as default and it might cause lags in mouse responds.
