I want to comment on some of your points:
- i can enjoy this as a singleplayer game too.
- you are right, the 1.0 beta release early access game stuff sounds stupid, is stupid and is maybe done only for the sales.
- i personal like the winter very much and the snowflakes looking really detailed sometimes. Its over too suddenly, like many weather patterns. But aside from that i don´t have problems with it.
In my lists i would add the world and the big amount of items-content to the plus side and on the minus side i would set the bugs as the biggest point. They can be really annoying.
The gameplay cyrcle i would delete, because there are more possibilities than that in the game.
edit: And i forget of course the lack of player customization. I would add this to the minus list ;-)
For PvP and base building there are better options imo, like Rust ( i have 3k hours in it )
Maybe its not a Game for all the "fortnite and cod generation" but i love it
