The cost for steam dedicated server?

Before I download, and figure how to do this... was hoping someone could let me know if there is a cost, and if so, how much to host a steam miscreated dedicated server?

I'm having trouble finding information on this.

it's free from what I know.. other than paying for electricity costs to run your system...

Thank you guys. Yeah, I downloaded it from Steam tools, opened it... but when I saw a wall of code and text, I freaked out and closed it. There's no way in hell I'll be able to figure all that stuff out. Even with that fancy link. Oh well.

If it’s anything like Minecraft, it’s just logs - no one cares about the until a crash. I was just looking at this myself.
