Rented a server, but cant join my own whitelisted server

Everything works good finding it and logging into it from the the games server list. But when i go to i3D and check "enable whitelist" I cant join it when it is whitelist only.

Anyone have an idea whats up or what I'm missing here?

in my opinion the easiest way of managing the whitelist is via http://servers.miscreatedgame.com/#/

Like Humansteak said you need to add your ID and any friends you have to the whitelist.

You should have a message on i3D, in Tickets about your server and a link to RCON with your password. From there you should be able to add your ID or any friends ID. Click the Help tab on the RCON page for a description of each command.

I dont think RCON saves any changes you make to the server name during restarts, so best make those changes from i3D, Gaming > Game Servers > Config Editor.

U can issue bans, kiks and whitelist with rcon, any permanent other settings tho will have to be done on i3d under config editor if u want them to stay.
If your server is whitelisted you need to add people to whitelist in order for them to join. And like mentioned easiest way is from the admin panel aka rcon

Thanks guys. Aparently i3d is having a problem with my ip address. Neede to activate whitelist..? idk.

But I did find this on my i3d account setting when enabling whitelisted server. I would think this is where i should be adding my steam usurname? bellow is copied from there.

For F sakes, I have disabled the whitedlisted option i3d confi editor just in hopes to join my server as a public login and it is remaining a whitelisted server for the last .5 hr. Can join either way, Yes, it shows server "online". Sorry so winded, just frustrated

If anyone gets me to the point of me getting to play on my own server, lol.. I would be soooo grateful. Is there a way to send someone $$ to their steam wallet? There's $20 up for grabs if so... lol

Where the 0's are have to be 64 bit steam id's, the 17 numbers in your steam profile link

Allways save changes and restart if your doing this on i3d config file
You can add to whitelist via rcon/admin panel aswell:

mis_whitelist_add 76561198364470527
This will for instance add you instantly to the whitelist with no restart needed, same goes for others you add by this method

To unwhitelist the server, there is a change it seems (not sure if intended or not, i need to pm i3d and ask)
But you need to stop the server, unwhitelist, then start it again

This is the clear as i can be on it, if its still an issue, and if you use discord you can add me there and i can guide you through it realtime, its faster and easier
