Can I have a key for my friend? As you can see, I already own the game, but he doesn't. He lives in Saudi Arabia and currently there are no stores in Riyadh (the city he lives in) that have Steam gift cards. He was really looking forward to getting it, especially now that it's on sale, but his situation doesn't allow it. I can have him add you for proof if you want.
