My FoM won't work.. How do I fix that?

well when I launch it.. a pop up says: Face of Mankind: fom_client.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Description: The procedure entry point alcCaptureOpenDevice could not be located in the dynamic link library OpenAL32.dll.

and when I click OK .. an error FoM pop up shows up

And when I click OK, (Another) FoM error pops up saying: Missing shell DLL cshell.dll

I got this issue since the last patch (VOIP) I downloaded.

Right click on face of manking in your library>properties>local files>verify integrity of game cache. I hope this will work

If not try to reinstall the game

ive been having this problem also i checked the integrity of the game and sometimes it works and sometimes it dont but if i restart my pc before i open FOM will start up every time.
