World loading and login problems

I have had these two problems when I played Face of Mankind for the second time, the first time it was alright and I had no problems, but the next day. Whenever I tried to play the game or login, it says I've been disconnected from the server or I've already logged in, and the loading screen keeps going "Loading world" and "registering client on world server" after that it brings me back to the login screen or just freezes.
