Playable April and Shredder
Are the titular characters playable; and if not, are there plans to add them as playable...?

At the moment you can't play as April or Shredder but we are working on future DLCs so stay tuned to see what we add next. Current playable characters include the four Turtles and Casey Jones if you pick up the new DLC.

Just small suggestion, how about letting you get splinter as playable when circumstances allow it as special unlock playable.

Very glad and happy more DLC is coming.

I'm expecting Splinter and April will come because they are on the splash art with the Turtles + Casey.
