For some reason now the game keep crashing every 3-4 levels, which it never did on me before, it seem to be something visual related

Edit 26 march: after today's update it has yet to crash again

In couch mode, player 1 never receives any dice. For example, player 2, who is my brother, received 12 dices so far and I received 0 this run. Please fix this asap :,)
Game functions fine post patch in single player mode, but we were experiencing wildly unstable online play in a way we never had pre-patch. Seven to nine levels in, only three of the four players would arrive at the next screen; the fourth would get a very long loading screen that would crash the game back to menu for everyone when it finished filling the loading bar. We tried rotating hosts, but hit similar behavior every time with a different player experiencing the initial DC.

We released a Hotfix last night for the PC, to fix an issue with Karai becoming invincible. The Hotfix will take a couple of days to load into Apple and Nintendo Switch, so in the meantime cross play will be impacted. Does this explain the problem you were having?

Afraid not - we never made it to Karai. Game crashed twice entering the Leatherhead fight and once post Leatherhead on entering the Docks. All players were on the PC version. The crash was the showstopper, but we were having general stability issues as well - controllers disconnecting and lag spikes; all things that happened occasionally pre-patch, but were occurring with greater frequency last night.

Hello. We also did release a new server version with the hotfix to address a server crash we were seeing. This sounds like it could have been the one you were experiencing. Have you seen this issue in the past 24 hours?

Thanks.
Game is behaving well tonight with the same crew, thanks! We're getting through entire runs without it bugging, so all seems to be fixed.

How many balancing patches were there in past 3 months? I played the game in January for like 10-12 hours. I could reliably beat the whole game with Rafael and Donatello with little to no issues until final chapter levels, but if i got to Shredder, he died everytime.

Now I die in last chapter levels, unable to get to Shredder with any turtle (I beat the game with Rafaelo, Leonardo and Donatello previously) obviously without any challenge rooms used, so It does not get harder. I have some passive upgrades on my turtles like level 3-4 on attack, dash, hp etc.

So now the game requires even more grinding + luck on RNG powerups, because powerups got nerfed and bosses are harder? Whats the point when the game does not unlock new levels or anything... (like what Binding of Isaac did)

Thanks.

Do we have to start a new game to benefit from the patch changes?

This was the first patch regarding mass balancing elements and our biggest patch yet. You can read the full notes of everything updated here: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/2996040/view/511827488716882143?l=english
Will you adress local Coop issues? Second players can't get the materials to upgrade, so can't get upgrades. Playing local Coop don't feel good or fun at all
I have an issue with Local Co-op, Player 1 can access the dragon coin store and buy upgrades, player 2 can collect these tokens but cannot spend them or open the store, is this a feature or a bug because it tends make things unfair and dull for additional players.

Any chance this will be addressed soon re: the cross play being impacted? I keep trying to play with friends and it worked pre-patch, now it says the room code is a legitimate one but it's the wrong type or something like that.

Hi thanks for the reply, but if does not mention if you changed/re-balanced mob spawns as well, because I think some spanw areridiculously hard now in last chapter. You get laserbeams on whole screen, or megaspam of tougher ninjas, previously it was not so spammy IIRC.

Better a late reply than never. We did not change mob spawns in that patch. As you progress through the game you will unlock new room spawn configurations that are added to your rotation, to provide verity as well as challenge. Perhaps this silently happened in the background at the same time as this patch.
