Game keeps crashing

So I've played a good bit into this game now, had an amazing run going, just beat Bebop, and the game froze up and then crashed.

Now every time I load the game, it will go through the loading screen, and then just exit. No error message or anything. I finally decided that game was a loss, so I tried starting a new run. It will load into the lair, I can run around for about 5 seconds, and then it just exits.

I've tried all the things, disabled over lays, updated drivers, uninstall and reinstall, running in win 8 compatibility, run as admin. Nothing seems to work.

I hope someone has a suggestion, I really enjoy this game, and I'm sad I'm unable to play it as much as I want while I have the time to spare.

Bump. Every other game works, what gives?

I had some issues with a frozen power up menu and then just laid there after losing to a boss. Had to close and restart to get back to the lair, which is worrisome. I wish I could help, but hopefully some optimization and bug fixing is on the way. Hope you can jump back in soon!!

I finally figured out a work around, figured I'd share in case anyone else runs into this.

Go to %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Roaming/TMNTSF/, and change the folder name to something else. I just added -org to the end of it. Then launch the game, I didn't even lose any progress, although I thought that would delete my save data. I guess cloud saves FTW!
