Hey Smok, try a full reinstall and let me know if that solves the issue. If not we'll take a look into some other spec and see if we can help.

unfortunately it didn't help, I also updated DirectX and other software, my computer meets the minimum and maximum requirements, I even changed Windows 10 to Windows 11 and it still didn't help

maybe,i think, it might be because of the screen resolution

Were you able to solve this issue by changing the screen resolution? If it's still not working, can you list your CPU, GPU, and memory (main and GPU). I can see whether the team can reproduce the problem internally

Thanks! I am having QA check whether they can reproduce the crash. If you find anything on your side that makes the game work (update drivers, display resolution, etc), that would be great to know, as that would help us better identify the problem

Myself and 1 other tried to play and the were able to boot up and get to the menu, but upon loading, the bar got to full and never started. Another friend had the game crash on start-up, similar to this video.

Single player and multiplayer, neither loaded. Both got stuck at the end of loading bar.
