A MULTIPLAYER SESSION IS DETECTED ON ANOTHER DEVICE, PLEASE CLOSE THAT SESSION AND TRY AGAIN

So, I've been disconnected from a co-op session and now the online mode in my game is blocked. When I try to access it a message pops up saying that "a multiplayer session is detected on another device".
Does anybody know how I can fix this issue?

Happened to my brother earlier, after about 15 minutes it finally disconnected him, next join attempt was successful and we did two runs. There is a post on their Discord saying they fixed it back in October for other platforms, so seems it's back for PC release.

My friend is also getting this, since the game has alot of loading infinite screen, he went to Steam deck and now it cant connect cuz "another device" thing
