The game and the price complaints
I see someone keep mentioning this was once a mobile game. Many other games have started there to end up on pc and consoles, like Oceanhorn, and it was released 15 dollars a long time ago.

I think people are having a hard time understanding the inflation we've been through in western countries. No where is it more evident to me than going to buy groceries or eat out.

This game is pretty amazing. Great graphics and gameplay definitely inspired by Hades. Unlike Oceanhoen, its fully voiced.

I have this on switch and was blown away, but in heavy areas, fps tanks.

Right now this game is less than 30 usd and I don't get how people are saying that's expensive.

Are you guys grown ups?

We are. By the time you become one maybe you will understand why the price is ridiculous.

Hades and most other AA action roguelikes are 30$. Just wait for a good sale, if you feel you don't have your money's worth. I don't find this greedy at all.
Just get a job, and stop complaining about prices. Welcome to the real world man! Wait till you find how much food and rent costs nowadays!

I am a grown up. It's like 25 dollars and tax and gave me hours of entertainment on switch and now pc.

The game is fully voice acted.

Why not just go look for stuff on sale instead of the new section of steam?

This game is cheaper than going to the movies with someone.
There will always be people who whine about price. Going to buy it shortly after having seen reviews. These are high dollar graphics, fully voice acted, scaled challenges with lots of replayability, coop, and of course the TNMT liscense. You won't get a better price than this on a new release.

This might be the dumbest thing I've ever read on Steam. Congrats.

You realise they need to pay for the license right? And they need to make money to make more content for the roadmap?

Wait for a sale. The game is priced perfectly fine.

WIth the latency issue though, you wont enjoy matchmaking as the delay in input will just make the experience really jarring. If that is fixed, then the price is somewhat ok.

But with such a glaring issue like that, then the Online part of the game, which should be the best part of the game, wont be a fun experience, especially in a lot of regions far away from the host/server.

Yes, they say in pc have more history, new modes, less bugs... It's totally same switch version, still bugged, without more content only new in game actually is expensive than ever.

Yes. Its too expensive.
The same price of hades and dead cells. cmon
Hades and Dead Cells don't have to pay for a licence.

Game is priced fine, plays great, and has fantastic reviews on Steam.

Ridiculous? Look at all the other Turtles games that have released this year. This is the 3rd one. And this is by far the best one. AND the cheapest one.

They have to pay for the licence. Which they'd have had to renegotiate for after deciding to port it. Plus they need to make money to fund the extensive roadmap they have for this game.

The price is completely reasonable. And I'm Canadian, so it's even more for me than most!

Right? There's literally 2 other Turtles games released this year on Steam. Both more expensive. Both not as good.

It's only been one day after launch, and I already feel like I got my money's worth.

Plus the game actually works on Deck at launch, minus some performance lag spikes that (hopefully) will get ironed out soon.

Thanks devs!

Yeah, that's how I felt! I didn't even know it was on switch. What happened, I was so pleasantly happy with Shredder's revenge on PC, I also wanted it on switch.

So in the switch store, I saw this game and was like, what is this? Then watched some videos, it's great! Even on switch, it's a great time.

Now to be able to play this with unlocked fps just makes it even greater.

I was so happy hearing this was coming on PC.

I just don't get it. 25-30 is too expensive because the genre has to be cheap?

For the voice acting alone, I think it makes it worth the price. I own a lot of indie games and switch games, and while I do not mind reading, for me, having an entire story voiced is pretty impressive and raises itself above a $15 dollar price tag.

When was the last time a good action game like that came out for 15 and had voice acting? Bastion with the narrator? Great game, but I would still put this with Hades, and I prefer the whole Ninja Turtles theme, even though Hades had a lot of optional things to grind for stuff like romance with certain characters.

If you grew up playing TMNT games as a kid and still can appreciate a great beat'em up that feels more contemporary than something like Shredder's Revenge(Amazing game too), this is it.

Really, $30?
For a port of a mobile game? Jeezus. This woulda been instabuy for me at $15, but gotta pay those license fees I guess.
