Known Issues

This is a list of the issues that the development team is aware of, we are working hard to have them fixed for launch. We apologize for any inconveniences they might cause.

• We recommend a SSD to play the game. HDD owners could experience an initial long loading time when the game is played after a system reboot.
  
• Some damage numbers might be shown incorrectly in multiplayer Couch-coop sessions, but the attack damage will be dealt correctly.

I have to load my game 2-3 times before the game actually works (menus are fine). Hasn't worked yet on my other computer :*(

Just purchased. I can't play the game. Stuck moving forward/upward. Tried a bunch of different controllers and just the keyboard/mouse but I can't move freely. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried enabling/disabling steam input. Tried big picture mode. No change. I can only change the direction the turtle faces, but he just runs up into a corner and that's it. :( I really don't want to submit a refund request due to being unable to control movement in the game.

Playing single player, twice now I've had the issue where it seems my inputs stop working. I can't attack, can't use tools, can't dash. The game runs fine otherwise. Then, once I'm killed, and one of my revives takes affect, everything starts working again. I'm not sure what triggers this issue. It has happened in different locations in the game, one being while fighting Leatherhead.

i have 6000 crates smashed on a save file. still no artifact. any suggestions?

So... There is one artifact I never received (The one that requires spending 1300 coins)
I spent waaaaaaaay more than that already (even in single purchases) of both coins. Is there a fix?

Context:
I do not have the DLC. Single player run. Previous to the update, I started a run with 4 dash charges.

Issue:
The number on the dash charge counter went away after taking Portal of Lead Feet. Then, the number did not reappear on the dash charge counter and it did not increment after taking Quick Feet ninja power (+1 Dash Charge).

i am facing an issue with a stuck loading screen when trying using ONLINE PLAY when the loading screen bugs and freezes at 100% then i get flashes of black screen with the loading page. tried uninstall the reinstall but didnt work. please help. i dont want a refund, i want to play!

Did you solve this problem? Haven't played in a while, so I decided to play. Installed the game on SSD as before and encountered the same problem. When I click “Play”. It loads, reaches the end. Then for a millisecond the screen flashes again appears loading screen at 100% but without prompts at the bottom, and it is obvious that despite the music in the background, the game at this point has already hung. Previously, this did not happen 100%.

Boot it up today and I can't get past the first loading screen and if I do, it crashes to main menu.

Fix this ♥♥♥♥.

And to add to the issues, finally got a session going with two other people, then loading screen crashed between stages and ended the session.

Gnarly dude.

I'd refund this ♥♥♥♥ if it wasn't over two hours already.

Still can't get several very basic achievements/perks to unlock after beating the game a dozen times over. Audio seems to weirdly go in and out with music just flat out dying at times and the sound effects getting blasted into my ear. Sometimes feels like I'm driving a garbage truck instead of a mutant turtle. Guys, I think your game is great in spite of you instead of because of you, somehow.

It's not a massive issue, but when you pick a Raph or Mikey's inspiration as Casey, it plays his line about the other turtle. The text matches what you pick, but his audio doesn't.

online coop does not work. it's either endless loading screen, or loading screen with crash and 'application does not respond' error, or returning to main menu from the loading screen. i know beta testers are not a thing since 2020, but it's a damn shame anyway.

After the last update and DLC release, everything was starting. Before that I played and everything was normal in both Single and Co-op. Now, yes. 1-2% that the game in network mode will load beyond the start screen. And if it loads, it is far from a fact that any transition from level to level is not painted. Just unplayable!

Casey seems to mix voicelines meant for Raphael and Mikey when picking inspiration.

Perforated Pockets portal is bugged; if something hits you during a dash, even if you don't take damage, you still lose 5 scrap, which is inconsistent with its description of "Lose 5 scrap every time *you take damage,*" not "Lose 5 scrap every time an enemy attack makes contact with you."

And it's kind of ridiculous because I just fought Oroku Karai and she took over 500 scrap from me.
