Issue I continue to run into is once I reach the streets, heavy input lag starts to happen, dashing or attacking only happening up to an entire second after the input.
- Improvements to input latency while using a Chinese keyboard.
- Improvements to which regional server the game connects to.

Was messing around with the steam input settings with a friend and after trying a few things we found a solution.
I'm using a Xbox Controller X is attack
Controller settings > Enable Steam Input > Select Official Layout / press Edit Layout
> to the right of X button there is a cog symbol, click it > then click on the word Settings > there is a toggle called "Hold to Repeat (Turbo)", enable it.
After we tested this in game it looked like the attack button on the controller was the same speed as M1 and visibly faster than holding J
