Without spoiling anything for (newer) people who look at this, enemies seem to scale up in a hurry (as the dev hinted), and I've yet to finish a run in solo.
There's definitely some OP items in this game, and co-op RLY makes things easier, but I'd personally appreciate it if people didn't start talking balance until more people try the Steam version (for instance, my Deck runs great, except for occasional .5-1 sec lagspikes that definitely... add some difficulty of their own lol)
Not everything has to play like old arcade machines meant to eat your quarters.
You ain't lying. It is rough taking all the portals. I get past Karai, but can't get past Bebop and Rocksteady. Still plugging away at it though.
Shurikens setup from ninja boons will basically remove all the challenge that portals and gauntlets bring though. They are pretty broken honestly once they get going and could use a nerf whilst many other things could use a buff.
