Accessibility

• Added a photosensitivity/seizure warning before the main menu — just looking out for you. Click through anytime, or it auto-advances in 15 seconds. And yes, it's localized!

Visuals

• Toned down NVG visual exposure at night — you can now get around with them on and see where you're going in lighted areas.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed NPCs shrinking down to nothing right after you drop them — no more honey, I shrunk the NPC.

• Fixed oversized "giant weapon" glitches on more NPC types (rifles, LMGs, snipers, shotguns, sidearms) and on your own first-person view.

• Fixed High-Value Target contracts going uncompletable — HVTs won't despawn anymore just because you stepped away for a bit.

• Fixed using a Medical Syringe at full health for no reason — it only pops when you actually need it.
