No Switch Pre-Order?

Ok, looking up pre-orders for this game or searching, why isn't switch pre-orders available? Just get a bunch of websites saying this game is for pre-order on every platform including switch. Yet, if you go to the switch e-shop, no option to pre-order? What is going on? I can't find any news on this, anyone know?

Switch pre-orders for Level-5's previous game, Megaton Musashi: Wired didn't open until 2 weeks before release. I assume they'll be done in the same way for FLi, but there's no official confirmation for when they'll open.

I honestly am half expecting the switch version to be scrapped. As something they really care about in favor of the switch 2version. The switch eshop had a page for it till the second delay then it was removed. I've already ordered on ps5 physical and digital deluxe. Since I originally was going to get digital deluxe here. That'd really suck. Playing Fantasy Life on the go was part of the appeal for me, it gave me something to distract me on trips.

Not sure if you already know but you can preorder the physical Japanese version of the game from PlayAsia. That's what I did and even though I will have to wait a couple extra weeks for it to arrive in the mail, I love having physical versions.

Ah yes, Level 5 will scrap the version of the game that is going to sell assloads more copies than on any other platfor. Now pull the other one, it's got bells on.

Like someone else said, it's probably gonna go up for preorder a couple of weeks before launch.

I think they just wait to have an stable version (that is playable even without dayone patch)
cause an pre-order on switch also mean the pre-load of the game (A unplayble (until game release) version will be downloaded on the system)

then tell me this why take down an eshop page that had release date as no more than TBA entirely. and even to this day not put it back up now that there a very solid release date and been so for nearly 2 months now.

Nintendo shop says: "This content is not available to purchase in Nintendo eShop yet." So yeah, this is weird, whatever that means. I doubt it will be scrapped, though.

Fine, the game isn't going to release digitally on Switch. The only way you'll be able to play it is by buying a physical Japanese copy. This obviously makes perfect sense.
