Where to find missing strangelings?

According to the encyclopedia, I am missing number 3,8,23,28,30 and 46. I know you get one after collecting the golden flowers, but after that I'm stumped. I have done every single shrine, and boss chests only give me more flowers now.

monster camps; the friendly ones that gives you quest after doing all of them it gives you strangeling.

usually they are near veggie stalls

Seems to me like you're mostly missing the ones that are at random places in the open world.
