Anyone know how to get these two?

1. True Radiance - Obtained a sparkling piece of special equipment!
2. Weaponry Grilled to Perfection - Obtained a special weapon, crisped to golden perfection yet irresistibly tender.

Weaponry Grilled to Perfection maybe you will get it after crafting one of the legendary weapons

Legendary Inspiration was the one I unlocked when crafting a legendary equpment

tried Sword of Time (not the True Sword of Time) and another legendary weapon but Legendary Inspiration Achievement is all I got
