Equipment Skill list

is there a spreadsheet or list about equipment skill and max value i can get, i craft 4 star cape and its so easy to get +10 attack and magic attack but somehow didn't get any for 5 star i did remake the 5 star so many time and didn't get it at all, even the other stats seems lower than 4 star equipment so maybe there is a list or something like that.
