Progression Bulletin Board Bug

I finished the main story. Have all Locations unlocked, all lifes, etc.

But in the Activities Tab under Bulletin Board i can't progress on "Faraway Island", "Tropical Isles" & "Swolean Island".
The level on each of these Islands is 1. For all the "Visit place x" Quests it shows 0/1

For some like "Unlock at least 50 skills" it shows 50/50.


Anyone else has this Bug?
