Pre-orderred Game but could not accept until today, didn't get my Pre-order Bonus

My husband pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition for me and sent it to me as a gift. He bought it on the 19th (we have proof of this on both my account and through the email). However, we were out of town until this evening and I only just now had a chance to accept and download the game. Since I accepted the game after the game came out, it's not giving me the Pre-order Bonus. How can I contact support to receive the pre-order bonus?

I really would like to have the leveling Charm, that was the biggest reason why we preordered it. Thank you in advance!

You can try Help > Steam Support. It will likely be a steam side thing.

If you dont get it, 10% exp is actually a random effect you can get on the items, I made 10% exp sunglasses at random earlier

Items like this come from the chest in the guild house in Eternia Village, if it not there, then might want ti look at contacting support.
