Stuck at final quest

I should defeat the dark dragon but he is 99 lol, i read i should unlock fort but he have a barrier, i can't pass ?? what s the solution pls

You have to find enough shrines where you unlock the memories and then the game tells you to go check the barrier. After that, you can enter the castle. The final boss is level 60 after being weakened, btw

to lower the barrier you need to complete each shrine around Ginormosia.

Eeeh what is a shrine? I think you mean the tempels where the npc villagers can come from? While its actualy the watch towers with the eyebal. Shrine is such a wide word to describe something. There are a lot of things that can classify as a shrine.

They are literally called shrines by the game. Or refered to as Shiny Poops by the NPCs.
