Farm number not tracking right in bulletin challenge

Game is not properly tracking the number of farms I've built on the bulletin board challenge - I had to build my FIFTH farm before the "Build 3 Farms" would trigger and now I have 5 farms but the board only sees 3. Cook (the NPC) DOES see me as having 5 farms.

Yes that happened to me too. Easiest solution is removing then building farms again.
