Multi-plateform saving issue

Hello! I got some troubles with the multi-plateform save. The game is telling me that my Epic games account is successfully registered but right after during the save process, the game displays "Error overwriting save data" or in good french "Erreur dans l'écrasement des données de sauvegarde".

I should point out that I can play multiplayer without any issues, that I have the Deluxe Edition, and that my internet connection is stable and has a good speed.

Can someone help me? I'd be very happy to transfer my data from PC to consol.
